A Little History...
Gail Nichols RN extended her experience from being a Registered Nurse specializing in neurosurgery to financial services as a bank manager, stockbroker, and Life & Health insurance professional in Canada and the USA.
In the 1980s and 90s, she also co-created with her late husband, Richard Cherry, the original patented virtual call center technology and business method that revolutionized the call center industry worldwide from their Toronto, Canada and then Miami, Florida headquarters.
In 1999, this earned them a Smithsonian Computerworld Award for their technology and President Clinton's Task Force Award for creating meaningful employment for thousands of people with disabilities who were their CyberAgent CSRs working as independent agents from their homes for major companies.
After selling their company, Willow CSN, in 2005, it was renamed Arise.com.
Her valuable experience includes being a multi-millionaire after selling Willow CSN and then going bankrupt after the 2008 financial crisis, followed by successful rebuilding.
Coach Gail focused on healing and then applying her life experiences to helping others transform and thrive by overcoming adversity and becoming stronger and more exceptional than before based on recent pioneering medical research.
She is a published author and has worked and lived in the USA and Canada. Currently living in Fort Lauderdale, FL, she enjoys swimming, bicycling, tennis, scuba diving and paddleboarding year-round.
As well, Gail is an active member and officer of Toastmasters Club Awesome and member of the Florida Speakers Association and the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
