Gail Nichols knows promising ideas rarely follow a straight path.  With her late husband, Richard Cherry, she co-created and commercialized Willow CSN, a pioneering virtual call-center company. They challenged accepted limits, built what did not yet exist, and won support for an idea many doubted.  Willow CSN earned national recognition.  Willow CSN received Smithsonian Computerworld recognition, created home-based employment opportunities for hundreds of people with disabilities and ultimately became part of a company acquired in a multimillion-dollar transaction.

Today, Gail transforms those hard-earned lessons into practical guidance for innovation decision-makers. Through her signature program, From Idea to Impact™, she helps audiences uncover an idea’s critical unanswered question, locate the earliest gap that could change the decision and define the evidence needed before committing more resources.

Gail’s unusual professional path—from registered nurse to bank manager, stockbroker, entrepreneur and strategic innovation advisor—gives her a broad understanding of people, risk and business decisions.
